Welcome

“Success isn't about how your life looks to others. It's about how it feels to you”

Michelle Obama

Hi I'm Suzanne

If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or like you've lost your sense of self - you're not alone.

Many of the women I work with describe putting on a brave face every day, while inside, they're exhausted, unsure, or simply worn down from holding everything together. If that sounds familiar, I want you to know: you're in the right place.

A down-to-earth approach to therapy

I’m a BACP-registered integrative therapist with a BSc (Hons) in Therapeutic Counselling, and I offer counselling for women who are struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, and low self-confidence. My approach is collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed - meaning I work alongside you, at your pace, in a way that honours your lived experience and emotional safety.

I believe that therapy should feel human, not clinical. Our sessions will be a space where you can speak freely, feel truly heard, and start to make sense of what’s going on underneath the surface.

Why I do this work

Like many of my clients, I know what it's like to look like you're coping on the outside - smiling, functioning - while inside, things feel anything but okay.

I also know what it’s like to be spinning many plates, trying to meet everyone’s needs, while pushing your own further and further down the list. That experience is what led me to counselling, both personally and professionally. I’ve seen first-hand how powerful it can be to sit with someone who really listens, gently challenges, and helps you reconnect with your own strength.

What it's like to work with me

My style is warm, real, and down-to-earth in the therapy room. You won’t find judgement or quick fixes here - just a safe, respectful space where you can slow down, explore your thoughts and feelings, and begin to rebuild trust in yourself.

If you're struggling with anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, or feeling “not good enough,” therapy can help you create space to breathe, set boundaries, and rediscover your confidence - one step at a time.

Ready to talk?

If any of this resonates with you, you’re very welcome to reach out. Whether you’re ready to begin or just want to ask a few questions, I’d love to hear from you.
